Builds a DL4J Bidirectional layer from a Keras Bidirectional layer wrapper

Get DL4J Bidirectional layer.

Get layer output type.

Returns number of trainable parameters in layer.

**getInputPreprocessor**

Gets appropriate DL4J InputPreProcessor for given InputTypes.
